Roblox is suing Shadman over this picture…yeah….

So this is real…like you cant make this shit up people.

I thought Shadman got sued over his Loli shit but no, it turns out it was Roblox. Unfortunately do to legal reasons Shadman cant disclose like all the information….BUT me being a bit Legal Savvy can tell you that this is going to be throw out case. Why? Shadman dint do anything that violated International Copyright Laws or Infringed upon Roblox’s IP, he even had their logo on there, this all falls within Fair Use.

So you might be thinking…if they dint sue Shadman for Copyright…what did they REALLY sue him for? Thats easy…they’re suing him cuz they dont want him to be associated with them or their brand in any way. They see him as a threat to their brand since if other bigger companies that invest in Roblox catch wind of this, that an artist that to them draws borderline pedophilia porn, drew art involving Roblox, they might pull from their support from Roblox. Thats my idea on whats going on here and I would not be surprised if im right.

All of this is just speculation, but I can tell you with certainty Shadman has all the Legal Leverage here if he indeed is being sued. However he dosent have the monetary leverage.

If anyone that follows me is also a follower of the Artist Nauthleroy, heres what I know so far about why his Page got terminated.

Tumblr shut his Page down, all I know so far is that it had to do with some recent artwork he did that was technically Safe For Work and dint depict anything that could be considered “CP”.

So right now hes gonna open a new account soon and me and my art buds are gonna try to get him all his followers back (which by the way he had over 2000 followers) Since he is a member of my Art Guild im not gonna fucking take this sitting down on my balls. This was by all means of the phrase “A slap to his scrotum” and is just bullshit. I dont think its a coincidence that this happened right after Shadman got into Legal problems yesterday. Which by the way I have a post coming out about that soon.

Things are getting spooky around here and im starting to actually get worried about Sites like Tumblr taking down entire pages over things like this.
