Welcome to Ask The Solar Destroyer everyone! Ever since the airing of ‘A Royal Problem’ we’ve been excited to try and bring our own spin to Celestia’s alter ego in the form of an ask blog similar to our previous works. While we’re starting off pretty serious you can expect the same sort of humor, adventure and fun you’ve come to expect from our other blogs. After all, Daybreaker is hot stuff and it’d be a crime not to take advantage of that.

This particular story takes place in an Alternate Universe where Twilight never made it to Ponyville to stop Nightmare Moon with her friends. We’ll slowly be revealing an overarching story as time goes on with plenty of fun (naughty and nice) along the way.

Updates will be weekly or whenever there is a good question to be answered and there will be another post later today filling in more of the story so stay tuned!

I didn’t appreciate this show when I was a ~~kid~~ teenager - I think I was getting older and looking for more mature stories - but this sequence looks AMAZING. The detail in the machinery, CAM angles, effects and highlights on the jet.

If I can ever direct a sequence (and guide the design) on this level, I’ll be a very happy director.

I was still amazed when I watched it as a kid, one of the reasons why I loved it so much especially season 2.

I’m concerned however with the revival in the works, they did mention they want to work with CGI when it comes to Megakat City and vehicles like the Turbokat, they really need to have 2nd thoughts on that and try to work with another studio since everyone is expecting to see something similar to what we watched on Season 2.

I would go with Trigger and Titmouse tho Trigger does an awesome job with the action scenes.
